What is NJ Gourmet Meal Prep?
NJ Gourmet is a premium meal prep service delivering fresh, chef-crafted meals directly to your door. Unlike others that ship frozen, we focus on providing the highest quality, ready-to-eat meals made from the finest ingredients. Each meal is precisely weighed and portioned to meet specific calorie requirements. Whether you're aiming to eat healthier, save time, or enjoy gourmet food at home, NJ Gourmet ensures every meal is delicious, convenient, and flavorful.
Where do you deliver and how does it work?
We deliver to Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Union, Sussex, Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Burlington, Camden, and Rockland (NY) counties. A driver will contact you during the delivery window with an ETA. All food is delivered refrigerated and should be accepted at the door. If re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.
How does the ordering process work? How does the ordering process work?
You can place a single order or subscribe for weekly or monthly deliveries. For a single order, simply select your meals from the menu, add them to your cart, and checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew with weekly or monthly billing. Orders placed before the deadline are available for Sunday or Monday pick-up/delivery. What is the deadline for placing an order?
Orders must be placed by Saturday at 5:00 PM. Late orders may not be accepted for Sunday or Monday delivery. Call (201) 791-6000 to confirm availability.
What are your delivery days and times?
We deliver on Sunday and Monday. North Jersey deliveries are on Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Monday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. South Jersey deliveries are on Monday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The South Jersey region begins at Mercer County and includes all areas south of it.

Meal Preparation and Packaging
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are delivered fresh, not frozen. They are prepared using fresh ingredients and original recipes, and cooked and packaged within 24 hours of delivery to ensure the freshest meal prep service in New Jersey
What types of packaging do you use?
We use microwave-safe, recyclable meal containers that are free of toxic plastics.
Can I customize my meal plan?

How long do your meals stay fresh?
Meals stay fresh for 5-7 days when refrigerated. Expiration dates are labeled on each meal.
Are your meals gluten-free and dairy-free?

What is the average cost per meal?
The average cost per meal is $12.00.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We frequently offer promotions. Subscribe to our email newsletter for updates. Discounts are available for law enforcement, military, students, government employees, and first responders.

How does the subscription service work?
We offer weekly or monthly subscription options. Fresh meals are delivered weekly based on your selected quantity. You can choose to Build-A-Box or opt for the Chef’s Weekly Selection. You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time.
Can I skip a week if I don’t need meals?
Yes, you can skip a week. Simply log in, click "Manage Subscription," and adjust the shipping date or pause your subscription.
How do I change or update my order?
Log in to your account and follow the instructions to modify your existing order.
